Call Transcription
One of the reasons we chose Google Gemini as our built-in AI is its ability to not only
transcribe a call acurately, but also identify each person on the call. Other AI systems do not
do as well as Google Gemini in this respect.
After transcribing the call using AI, you can then perform operations on the call transcription.
For example you could analyze the rep's performance or ask questions about what was
discussed during the call.
Note: Using our built-in phone control you can easily record a call, or all calls, and then
transcribe them using AI.

When you work with thousands of long documents, it helps to automatically generate a short
summary of each.
AI can do this for you in a few seconds. Even if the document is a PDF or a scan.

Document Comparison
Easily compare two documents by selecting both documents (using the shift-click) from the
Document Repository and right-clicking on them.

Multi-Document Queries
TaskPerfect gives you the ability to quickly ask a question about all documents in the client's
document repository.
Just shift-click to multi-select all the documents you want and right-click to perform an AI
Custom Operation. Then type your question and send it to the AI assistant.
For example you can ask: Which document contains the affidavit of John Doe? When was the
affidavit filed?

Legal Knowledge Base Queries
If you have a group of documents such as State Statutes or your own internal documents, you can
add these to your own AI Knowledge Base.
Then you can ask questions about any document in relation to your knowledge base.
For example, if you have an internal PDF with your Policies and Procedures, you can ask a
question like: Does the attached document follow our policies and procedures?
