The System Status category allows the user to view all the SQL Jobs running on that database. SQL Jobs can be enabled or disabled from this screen. A history of job status can also be viewed from this screen.
There are a few jobs that come builtin. They are as follows:
Create_EmailStatus_Tasks - Inserts an Task for all those clients that have invalid or missing email addresses.
Schedule_Update_Job - Adds schedule points as needed to clients with open ended schedules. (Run nightly)
Interest_Update_Job - Adds interest to client's accounts.(Run nightly)
DBCheckIntegrity - Run nightly to check DB Integrity.
REINDEX - Reindex all tables.
Refresh Active Clients' Forecast - Refreshes the Balance Change Forecast for All Active Clients. (Run nightly if users need to run forecast reports on a regular basis.
Assign_Leads_To_Counselors - Assigns leads to counselors as defined in the Lead Distribution settings.
Points_Maintenance - Refreshes the current column of the account list with the current point's information for that day (Run nightly)
Task_Maintenance - Marks Tasks as Insert Complete that might not have been marked as Insert Complete. Turn job on if using the Web interface or Task Tracking Workflow Rules.
CloseOpenTasksCompletedClients - Closes all open Tasks for completed Clients.
PaymentPromiseStatus_Update - Updates the status of Payment Promises to Kept or Broken automatically 30351
CloseApplicationNightly - Run nightly to close the application on all workstations
The Logged-in Users displays all users connected to the database and what computer they are running the software from.
